Guy walks across america

This is a pretty sweet stop motion I found that shows a guy walking across America in less then 2 minutes of footage. The stop motion shows the guy walking at a normal lifelike pace but everything around him moves faster. I like the camera angle and the sense of time in the video.

Shine

I thought this was a cool alternative to the whiteboard animations we have been working on. It's pretty much the same idea, but with a light board. Also, I really like the way that they have incorporated a lot of real aspects into the scenes.

9 by Shane Acker

This was a demo reel made by Shae Acker which was a piece to represent his 4 year thesis for an art college he was going to. The demo reel later turned into the film called 9 which was presented by Tim Burton.

Stop Motion

I really like this one, I like the idea who use another tools like tab, hands, and scissors to create the animation more interesting. Not only just use the image is also good idea to makes the story longer. also the sounds effect is very good for this simple animation.

Making Future Magic: iPad light painting

whiteboard stop motion

simple whiteboard stop animation

This animation is very simple and uses other elements like a cd, piece of paper and a human hand to interact in the animation. simple, clear, effective.
Make Art

This video incorporates the idea of keeping a single figure in the foreground of the shot for the entire portion of the video.

Whiteboard

We chose this video because we really liked the ideo of incorporating reality into the project.

Stop Motion

We chose this video because there is a portion the animates a character smoking that we really liked and it goes well with the concept that we have chosen to animate.

Above the influence

We chose this video because it is similar to the concept we wanted to use. We know it's not a whiteboard video, but decided to include it because it is something that has really worked to inspire our project.

White boad animaion

I posted it because this is not a very special drawing like any other animation, (the drawing is very simple and most of them are just a line and box or shap) but it still captural my attention very much. I can not drawing very well on the white boad, but after watching this animation, I found that I can do something like this.

Whiteboard animation/ stop motion

Example 2

Stop Motion Animation Drawing

This isn't whiteboard animation but we thought it was a good example of how to split up the frames. You can tell on this one where each new picture was taken because the camera wasn't held in the same place.

Her Morning Elegance / Oren Lavie

I found this music video that uses stop motion. The whole video takes place on this girls bed but there are a lot of props that you would see everyday on a bed. Like pillows, socks, blankets, etc. There's a lot of unique motions used and in relation with some random dude that shows up a few times.

John Lennon

I just thought I would post this because it's interesting. Google had this up today to celebrate John Lennon's 70th Birthday. Also, I know it's not a white board drawing but I think there are some techniques that can be used in that way.

Target.com/2DaySale 2007

I thought this target animation commercial was interesting to look at in just 2 colors and the simple stick figure helped so it didn't draw the viewer away from the actual message of the commercial.

Whiteboard Animation

I chose this whiteboard animation in leu of our next project, just doing some research and it looks like a lot of fun! I'm excited for it.

WUZZLES!

Classic cartoons are always the best.

Nice Pants!

I chose this video, because I really like the way that the animator was able to make the solid lego characters stretch and bounce. I like the use of something that we have all seen and played with to animate in a creative way. I also think that the whole things is pretty creative as far as plot goes.
